S. J.A Big Thank you to the Team at VetPlus for the outstanding service for our wee dog as we were passing through Taupo on our holiday. Prompt service, everyone so friendly and helpful. She was one sick little girl, but with outstanding care and attention, she was so much happier on collection. Highly recommend.
S. N.Service was fast. Staff were great. They were encouraging a little over cautiousness post surgery. However, this was a good sign of care and support for the wellbeing of pets, and likely all the animals they treat. 5+ stars from me.
C.Brought my cat in at 8:15am on Monday morning, without an appointment, with a suspected broken leg. A vet saw him within 15 minutes, 3 hours later they had finished operating on his leg injury (despite having other major surgery jobs that morning), which they deduced was from a dog attack, and I was able to take him home that afternoon with medicine and detailed instructions for nursing him, including two free follow up checks. Outstanding service from a truly compassionate and professional team. Thankyou, VetPlus Taupo. Edit: cat has made a full recovery, he needed a third follow up check and extra antibiotics to treat an infection, and they only charged me for the antibiotics.
