Highly recommend for loving pet owners. Dr Liza and the team have been taking great care of our pets for a few years now. They are always friendly and professional and we have had good success with managing our boy Milo's allergy symptoms since making the move to Holistic vets.

The team at Holistic Vets is phenomenal, the level of care is reflected by every staff member, they are all professional while being incredibly compassionate and patient focused. The quality of service is exemplary from the first visit, to the last, and their end of life care is always focused around what is best for their patient and family. They treat everyone as if they are one of their own, and they follow up on how their patients are doing with tenderness and honesty. They are the only clinic I would trust with my furry family members

We have been living in Aotearoa for 6 years, our place on this small world, together we have formed a small and beautiful family, together with our daughter, and our three cats, who are our tribe; Eddie, one of our cats became ill and we had to make the hard and difficult decision to let him go since clinically, no more could be done, without a doubt one of the most difficult moments for this family, this decision was made with love, and leaving aside the selfishness of wanting to keep him physically with us ... we just want to thank God for putting the right people next to us, we want to thank the entire Holistic Vet Tauranga team tremendously, from the person at reception to each of those who with A smile and a hug accompanied us in this pain, especially thanks to Dr. Liza Schneider, thanks for her empathy, thanks for her humanity, and for doing everything possible for our Rey. Eddie is already resting and the memories of him will remain in our hearts forever. Eddie's Family.

We have been to this vet twice i will never go to another vet, lovely staff, Liza is a God send, Our Dog was off he's food for 4 days with very sore leg that only got worse. Liza assessed our dog in the back of the car to find a major infection. She give my boy 3 injections and said he should be feeling better by tonight . Sure enough he was eating that night. She also gave tablets for treatment my dog is getting better day by day. 10 stars!

We took our dachshund to Chris shortly before she needed to go for an operation on her neck. We had been to various vets for months before this and I wish we found Chris earlier! Wow. The knowledge and service we got from her was fantastic. I'll never take my dogs anywhere else again. After our consultation she sent us a long in depth email explaining Marilyn's condition and our options. This was way over and above what she needed to do. Thanks Chris, having your support through this process meant the world to us!

I love the team here at Holistic Vets! Liza and her team saved my little bun from a very painful situation, and ensured that we were welcomed back with open arms.
