K.The after hours vet last Thursday 4th Nov 2021 was just wonderful. We had an emergency and he came to rescue our beloved Korda in his last hour and helped him cross the rainbow bridge. We very much appreciated the approach, sensitivity and availability.
A.After rushing my dog back to my usual vet (not this vets) due to his unwellness and being told he was on his way out. I requested further investigation into what was going on. I was referred to tauranga vets, upon arriving they rushed my dog through for an ultrasound and I waited patiently. The staff were respectful and professional the whole way. Getting updates as it was necessary. Once full diagnosis had been done we recieved the dreaded news and were given the time to spend with him before the needle. Today I picked up his ashes and was grateful they had taken the time to honour my husband's strange request as well as get paw prints. Thanks team for your professionalism throughout this whole experience. We are forever grateful.

J.We see Kate for our pooches skin problems, it’s always great going to the vet, our pup gets lots of cuddles and the vets there really care. They make sure they figure out what exactly is going on, how to treat the actual problem and give advice on how to prevent. These vets really care about animals ❤️
J.Amazing staff that truly care for the animals. We have shopped around in the past but this company was not nearly as interested in our money as they were in getting our pet healthy again, a quality that is very rare in this industry. Even though our cat didnt make it (which was down to us running out of very limited funds), we strongly feel that they had tried everything within their power and what was fesibly possible to make him well again for what little we had and at a price that was ALOT less than any other vet. Customers for life.
J.I have been to both the Papamoa Village and Cameron Road Veterinary Practices and been pleasantly surprised at both. The staff are friendly and greet one with a warm smile, are helpful, knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and professional even over the 'phone. I always have the distinct impression that the absolute best that could have been done for my pet/s, was done during the visit.
T.I travel especially from paengaroa for my cats to visit the tauranga branch. Such welcoming and helpful staff! Excellent service and thorough too, didn't feel like we were being rushed out the door to pay! Not only pet orientated but people foccused too!
