T.We use Vetora for small (our dogs and cats) and large animal vet (for cows), they are all very friendly and do a great job. Very fast on callouts and always happy to give advice.

M.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but the franchise is let down by some rather consumer unfriendly practices.
Vetora refuse to post product prices on the shelves so shopping in-store is a real hassle. Most prices are extremely high for their product category, and the evidence that some of the pet foods are worth the premium is sketchy at best. I also found two products that were exactly the same but "only the packaging was updated" according to the salesperson. What they failed to mention was that the updated packaging came with an extra $9 price hike. Put prices on your products Vetora, and us show us you have nothing to hide.
As an aside, I remember it was a vet (not Vetora) who put us onto Iams cat food many many years ago when it was a "specialist vet-only product". Iams has since been shown to be complete garbage. I now have almost no trust in "specialist" cat food claims.
On a another visit we were charged hundreds of dollars for lab tests to determine if our cat should go on an antibiotic program. This time they failed to mention that the antibiotics were only going to cost about $50, and we could have saved hundreds of dollars on blood tests just by going straight to the antibiotics trial (which doctors often do for people). There may be other reasons to do tests, but explaining all of the options would have been appreciated.
C.I love the staff here at Vetora TA, they are always kind and considerate, so helpful and understanding and always treat my cats with so much care. Very happy customer.

K.The staff are so amazing, they were so nice and amazing dealing with my dog that has some fear of other dogs, they accommodated this and they were really nice about it and also taking care of my beautiful Kawa the border Collie cross, I know it wasnt easy when she came in when other dogs were in I just want to say a massive Thankyou for helping her with her hematoma and also the lump on her side etc, they were clear explaining everything and I'm so very grateful for their help❤

Very welcoming reception staff who assist each other happily to sort client needs asap. Katie and nurses were kind and genuine. After care was absolutely lovely as well. I have one very lucky pup!
