J.The staff and vets are lovely unfortunately thy couldn't help my sam.
Sam trusted the vets he would always just to walk in and just let them do what had to be done,vacation and any other issue he may had in this 10 years, the staff and vets are very caring and thoughtful of sam needs and mine. If I ever get another dog which wouldn't I would not hesitate taken it to vet life . 2011-2021
S.Sarah amazing and caring vet. Our 19 yearold cat wasn't feeling the best. Sarah went into action straight away and was in no hurry to see us out. Shibui is doing well thanks to her efforts. Every day is a bonus.

A.Top quality service from everyone there. Reception/Office staff were very helpful and happy to answer any questions with a great 'can do' attitude. The Vets were some of the best we have ever seen and were very attentive and great with our pet. They provided top level expert care and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Parking has never been an issue, even with the new building construction. Highly recommended.
C.An excellent veterinary clinic in every way. The staff are professional, very empathetic, and I was amazed by how much they remembered from previous visits! We had to make several trips during Level 3, with sadly the last trips leading to a bunny being put to sleep. Even in this time, the staff went out of their way to help make this experience easy for us. While many people I had spoken to said that the trips were expensive, based on trips to other vets in Dunedin, the pricing was much cheaper, and they were very upfront about costs and what they were going to be doing - in my eyes, the cost was very reasonable (and much cheaper than what I had thought it would be). My experience was with mainly Megan as the vet, who was absolutely wonderful and I could not have wished for a better vet during this time.
T.Skilled and empathetic vet who worked hard researching our difficult case. Brought in other skilled staff to assist. Final result was success! So grateful.
