J.A great bunch of people and even when staff change occasionally… they’re still great. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job. The support staff that assist customers are so sweet and really seem to care for animals above and beyond what you’d expect. We had a similar experience with CareVets Te Atatu Peninsula. It’s corny but, CareVets really do care about our pets.
M.These guys are great. They know my dogs by name and are really interested in their well being. They even send reminders when vaccine are due so you dont get caught out. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

N.I would highly recommend Jai at CareVets. He was very thorough, and took great care of my pet. I am interested in understanding my pets health and doing everything I can to keep her happy and healthy - I felt Jai understood this, and really took the time to explain everything to me. The price was very reasonable.

P.Lovely service. They looked after my cat for 2 nights. Took blood tests twice. First day $250. Picked up Cat with final bill $485 so all together the cost is over $700

H.Took my cay here to get a lion cut as he gets really hot during summer and it also helps with his shedding. The vet was very polite and informed me about the process. Gooby stayed at the vet for about 5 hours. Upon my return the groomer spoke with me and gave me some tips as well as an overall experince they had with him. I felt good that my cat was looked after and cared for appropriately. His cut was a little crooked around his elbows, but it didn't bither gooby to much :p overall I will be bringing him back.
N.this is my dogs favourite store by far, but I like it a lot too.
Friendly staff, and great products
A.I have had nothing but amazing service here! We got our two beloved cats here and they have shown our furbabies so much love since the day we met them all. Recently when our little boy went missing, they really CARED and called up to check. When I phoned to say that he was back almost a week later, they didn't insist on bringing him in, they wanted me to send pics of our boy's sore paw to prevent further trauma by taking him out. I am very grateful for all of you. Thank you for caring for our pets as much as we do. Not just a business, but REAL people with big hearts. Thank you ♥
V.The team at Carevets Jville are amazing! They've cared for our cats and dogs and even a goldfish. When it was time to out our rotty down after 12 years they were so professional and so caring. They even took paw prints for me to keep. The thought that went in was second to none.
S.We had to put our 15 year old dog Lewis to sleep - a hard decision to make. Thank you to the vet who was on duty (American/Canadian) - what a lovely experience in what was always going to be traumatic. We were informed on the options available and the process......... We were left to grieve and to be with Lewis in his final minutes ..... Thank you .... He died surrounded by loving and caring people
