K.Very grateful to this practice for opening on a Sunday. Our cat had an acute eye infection which we were very reluctant to leave until Monday morning as he was in so much discomfort. A prompt appointment was made by a very helpful receptionist. The vet was efficient and professional and overall the fee was not too costly.

June 2020- Update. I had to bring my cat back to the clinic due to her sneezing. The staff was, once again, amazing. The vet, Keri, was understanding and informative as she addressed my concerns. She was also very gentle with Bugs and made us both more comfortable 😊.
Deborah, the nurse, was so bubbly and enthusiastic while helping me select the right food for Bugs.

B.Sympathetic, understanding, supportive staff. My old dog needed putting to rest. They were amazing and even followed up with a sympathy card.
P.Many thanks to the wonderful people at Onerahi clinic who looked after our beautiful cat Willow who died at nearly 20 years. The sensitive care given was a credit to the profession and the follow up of a personalised card was much appreciated.

t.These people need a medal for the work they do. I was in there in the weekend and they were really busy tending to very sick or hurt animals and all the human emotion that went alongside each loved pet.
