From our initial meeting with Matt and Ben the process of designing the concept for our new website ran smoothly and was a really enjoyable experience! Brown Paper Bag recently designed a new website for us: botica.co.nz. They challenged our brief, made us think about the site's purpose and structure and, when necessary, shifted us politely but firmly out of our comfort zone. They pushed back at us when we needed it and graciously agreed that we were, on occasion, right. Any delay was entirely of our own making. Because we understood what they were trying to do, we were motivated to put in more creative effort. Then, when they handed it over to us, they made sure we could manage it for ourselves.
