S.Exact Soft of Excellence is an important and powerful tool to have for operating a modern dental practice. Emma Woods is the first person I met from Software of Excellence, she is very friendly, helpful and consistent. The IT support team is overall good, you have some really good knowledgeable members and some average, but they are always responsive, and fix our issues. Experience with the installation IT lady was good.
N.Emma is so knowledgeable and up with the current play. I learned so much from our discussion. I would definitely recommend her services to any dentist/practice manager who wants to bring their practice right up to date with marketing and using data from their business to improve patient outcomes and attendance.
