M. B.First time staying here and I will stay here every time I'm down there. Super friendly staff, clean rooms. Off the road so there's virtually no noise. In house restaurant does fantastic meals.
L. f. l.Balcluthas Best pub /motel. Slightly out of town by 1.5 kms. Its not a big town though.
Great pub meals, excellent value for money.
Rooms:double bed with a single.
No toaster, and you need to wash your dishes in the bathroom basin. The tap is a bit short, so you can easily flood the bench if filling the hot water jug and washing dishes.
But comfortable accommodation with a very friendly staff crew.
j. f.Fantastic accommodation with everything you could need for a warm and comfortable stay. We spent two nights here in June 2021 and loved the comfort, warmth and space of our room. Extra bedding available and a heater in the bathroom contributed to a relaxing experience. Having onsite services such as the restaurant with its excellent meals added to our experience. Highly recommended.

R. J.I visited in the afternoon and it was not overly busy. The place is tidy with secure single toilets. The bar is separate from the restaurant that shares the northern part of the building. On-site car parking is limited. Staff of the shift were courteous. At first the name of the lodge made myself think that it was a motel.

J. H.First time I have stayed here with work . Room I found very clean and light smell of deodoriser, shower was so good just watch you don’t walk away and leave the door open after you turn the shower on like I did just about flooded but got back in time . Was warm welcomed over the phone for a park for my truck so great help Thankyou , ordered my starter of the chicken strips and chips wow what a delicious meal in itself so tasty . My main meal was so good crumbed chicken was steamed and to perfection and well cooked as it melted in mouth , I can’t say enough for the meals and service I received and my allergy of mushrooms was meet and I’m gratefull for the chiefs and staff for there hard work to help make my stay a most pleasant and memorable one , Thankyou to all the staff and company .

J. S.Good rooms, nice view from my balcony overlooking the grass field, even got to enjoy the snow falling. It was a very easy check-in and check-out... Nice restaurant with some good quality food as well. Needed some advise on a place to run and the last behind the counter was happy to advise on where she takes her dog for a walk down the river flood banks... I'm happy with her advice and enjoyed my run down there.
L. H.Went for a 21st meal...I had venison and mushrooms...delicious...a generous size meal...there were 25 of us and we didnt have to wait for service...recommend this place...lovey staff and good ambience..thankyou.
M.Pleasantly surprise with this place. Our room had a nice view and beds are comfy although not aircon on the room. Place have restaurant that serve good food and portion nice, service was really friendly and nice. We will definitely come back.

Stanze ampie, abbastanza pulite, parcheggio gratuito. Le stanze hanno un ampio balcone su giardino molto carino. La signora che ci ha accolti in reception è stata gentilissima, siamo arrivati un po' in ritardo ma ci ha accolti con sorriso. Grazie
