L.Went here as a big group this evening and I did really love it. The food was standard pub style, quite good. Dessert of sticky date cake was excellent! Loved that they had little activity packs for the kids too. I'm super impressed at their ability to produce good quality meals and deliver them all at the same time. The service was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, even managed to get the right meals to the right people, and there were about 16 of us! The only ever so slight downside is that the mains were a wee bit pricey for pub food, but there were a good range of options to suit different budgets and even a seniors menu so that's cool. Thanks for a good evening! 😁

A.Nice country pub,my wife and myself stopped at Darfield,out for a drive and decided to call in for a jug of beer,nice atmosphere,good local,and nice Pub to stop for a beer.

T.Went for drinks and dinner as a group of 7 and found the atmosphere to be exactly as one would expect of a country pub..greeted with smiles and a warm welcome.
Our meals all came out together which is always nice,they were great sized portions and most importantly they were delicious.
A.We dined at the Hotel on the night of the 3/1/2021 with a gifted $100 voucher but had a problem with receiving the change as our meal only came to $61..we were told "they don't give change on vouchers" We are both pensioners so it wasnt possible for us to dine on this amount of food in one meal...what we had was well cooked and presented and our waitress was very attentive. We did get the value left credited but my husband had to be very insistant

L.Had a good evening and meals at the Darfield Hotel last evening. I had the roast pork others in my party had the blue cod and chicken schnitzel. The meals were all well presented, very tasty and a good size. I couldn't manage a dessert as well but those that did enjoyed these equally as well.
I.Great service, friendly staff great with babies, delicious meals and who knew wine comes in two sizes 👍 tap cider was delicious.... would recommend
B.Good food, good specials and good service. A range of meals available and a childrens menu. I had the roast and it was exceptional (and special price of $18 on a Friday). Restaurant was very busy with 2 big bookings, food still came out relatively quickly.
