M.We knew the minute we saw Hinaki that we wanted it for our house. The online app to see what it would look like was super helpful (and confirmed our hunch that the 1400mm size would look best). Shipping and service was fast and excellent, and overall it was a really fun/easy process to put it together before hanging. (Our one piece of feedback was that it would be great to include a ceiling rose with the light as it isn't included in the kit). Overall we are super happy with our light - it looks even better than we had hoped it would!

K.Package arrived in perfect order and in quick time. My light fitting was really easy to put together, and the instructions were excellent.
D.Kina light has been put together awaiting renovations for installation. Took me an evening of assembly. OK for me but kept thinking designers who pick this light must hate the time it takes to put them together. Had to be especially cautious with the connectors at the narrow ends. Broke my 2nd piece and was worried 2 spares might not be enough! Mercifully, it was the only breakage.
L.Amazing artwork & team. While I have never met David, I am very pleased with my purchases. They offer gift vouchers & have at least two sales through the year. They are only open Mon-Fri which is a little disappointing for those that work full time or are weekend travellers to the Bay. They have a great website as well.
M.Stunning yet small showroom showing some common and unseen pieces. If you ask nicely you can go upstairs too and see some of the office team in action - they also have a window to the workshop.
