Just got my belt and straps , they are awesome and of great quality. Court was wonderful to deal with she contacted me straight away since she was out of stock on 1 item but she offered a more expensive one for the same price. I'll definitely shop here again.

This is a fantastic gym! Great equipment, great people and a great vibe! Powerlifting coach Court makes everyone feel so welcome and can help you no matter what your level of ability! She is very knowledgeable, super passionate and she is very supportive of new lifters. If you ever thought about giving powerlifting a go, either as a hobby or as a competitive sport, Aotearoa Strong is the absolute best place to start! Love it!

I'm not likely to join as it doesn't have the equipment I'm after honestly. However, a friend invited me over for an event held here and wow what a wonderful wonderful place. The staff and members are like a family. The equipment is well looked after. The music is good. Not to loud. Not too much of the same genre. Lots of friendly chatter, no egos. There was one group named Valwahla I think who were very very rude and obnoxious but I don't believe they are related so I won't include this in my review. Good work and keep it up. Makes me think differently about the heavy lifting weight lifting types - in a good way. What a wonderful facility

Great classes. Gave me the skills I needed to take the next step in powerlifting. Great range of products offered in their store, facilities are fantastic and both Court and Rua are welcoming and helpful.

Very friendly knowledgeable kind staff, was at gym for event few time, BBQ when they open and a competition and even I'm not member , I didn't join, the staff are still nice at me and treat me like friend :) pale guy and the long hair guy and the muscle fit girl are great and I seen few top athlete too
