They are very professional, I have been working with them for the last year and the service is fantastic. Support is fast, even outside office hours, the team is always ready to assist you. Recently moved to Hoopla after our prior hosting company got taken over by Crazy Domains. We had a hell of issues, including changes of T&Cs on a current contract (which shouldn't happen). TL;DR: I'm impressed by Hoopla responsiveness and professional support. The team has been great at scheduling the migration (WordPress) and helping out to set up things here and there. For the price of a basic web hosting, we got way more than others offer including backups (files, db, emails), mailing lists, true unlimited forwarders, a fully fledged cPanel with ssh on top of ftp enabled, etc. Can't recommend Hoopla more!
