I have been attending both 1:1 sessions and class sessions with Katie since March and she is absolutely amazing!! I always look forward to pilates with her and can feel the difference in my body since I started attending her classes. I recently had surgery that limited my movement during pilates but Katie has made such an effort to ensure I am comfortable and that my sessions are still fun and challenging.
Katie is an amazing teacher with skills at teaching all levels, she is attentive, insightful and professional and I honestly couldn't recommend her enough!

I absolutely love Katie’s classes. My Back pain is significantly less since starting and continuing with her classes. I do not want to miss a class! Lovely friendly atmosphere . Always nice to walk into class. Katie offers alternative exercises during the classes if you want to challenge your body , and with that also always making sure you have the correct technique. My core strength, flexibility improved which is great! I would highly recommend Katie

I totally love going to Katie’s classes. She is very friendly and supportive and offers alternative exercises so that everyone can join in at any level. Her classes are fun yet professional. She changes the exercises for each class and I always leave feeling energized and so much stronger. Absolutely recommend her classes!

Totally love Katie's virtual mat class. I'm too far away to travel to face to face classes, so I love being able to join in virtually. Katie's instructions are clear, concise and easy to follow alongside her focused reminders about what body part you should be feeling with a particular exercise. My mind and body are so much the winners! Thanks Katie.

I love Katie’s classes. They really help me from getting stiff and achy, which I am prone to. The music and exercises are different each time, so never boring. Plus Katie offers alternative exercises if you want to work harder. A friendly group of people attend, so always someone to say hello to! I would go every day if I didn’t have to work!

Katie is very knowledgeable and always offers alternate exercises for different levels. She is extremely supportive and her classes are always fun. I’ve also had some 1-1 privately with Katie which was worth while and got me through my injuries and stronger than ever.
