L.Leza is a very gentle and insightful healer. She was able to listen carefully to what was bothering me physically and spiritually and gave me yoga poses and meditations to support my healing. Leza encouraged me to tune into my own bodies comfort and adapted and adjusted my routine to suit my body. I highly recommend her.
