R.Shannon makes every class so different and fun! The mums and bubs Pilates class on Thursday mornings is also super fun and great to get the body moving after having a baby.
S. H.Carson is a fabulous & knowledgeable yoga teacher! She has a beautiful persona.. She was sooo good with her instructions and had a really calm soft and positive way of communicating. She had this constant mild smile as she gave instruction. Can tell she is really fulfilled. The best Vinyasa class I have ever been to
L. P.I have been doing Pilates on and off for years. Sacha is by far the best instructor I've had. I love the variation of our classes and Sacha is super encouraging. She corrects every person with every movement and with only 5 beds you get great attention. I have been so surprised at the change in my body, my core and my strength that I haven't seen before in just a month of 4 classes per week. I have often felt a bit self conscious going to reformer and yoga but there is every type of body and human in the class. I have quickly moved from the begginer classes to the challenging dynamic ones. I leave class feeling really energized!
