A. M.Chris Prentice at Peak Grey Lynn is the most excellent physio, his expert level of knowledge and experience, along with his genuine care and support has meant my rehab from a major ankle injury is 100% recovery and beyond! And his Pilates classes are excellent, I see weekly physical improvements and benefits from them, and I feel amazing after each class!
P. A.Chris is excellent in his field. Not only he was able to fix my shoulder while cracking a jokes to make me feel better, he found the root of the problem and with his prescribed exercises and exceptional care I have been back in training stronger then ever.
I recommend him wherever I go so no wonder he already helped my partner with his back age and some of my friends and clients as well.
A. W.Chris Prentice makes this practice simply awesome. He has given me fantastic support with multiple injuries, always going the extra mile to check in on how it's going.
As a personal trainer I send all my clients who need physio to Chris; there's no one better in Auckland.
The Peak admin staff are also lovely and switched on.
