M. H.I been on a number of Prems yoga retreats and keep coming back for more because they are always so rewarding, I love the yoga family she attracts and the retreats are very well organised.
I always walk away feeling nourished in my mind, body and spirit.
In January ‘21 I was on her week long manifestation workshop / retreat and my tummy was also wonderfully nourished with the provision of her delicious homemade vegan breakfast spread to follow the daily sessions.
A. H.I have just returned from a weekend retreat hosted by Premaloka, and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. Prema holds space safely and authentically, allowing each individual to have their own experience while being part of a collective. Her teachings are soulful, knowledgeable and playful, and she skillfully adapts where needed – no strict schedules and just the right amount of free time. Not to mention the wonderful accommodation and beautiful meals. It’s a weekend I’ll cherish for a very long time. Thank you, Premaloka
S. O.Being in our Goddess Yoga Retreat at Aio Wira was such a special occasion to connect with 13 other women in sacred and safe space for deep connection with Self and others. Amazing food as always and such thoughtful facilitation and planning by Premaloka. And the altar of flowers, candles and mini-goddesses was just holding us together so beautifully!
I loved particularly creating my own smudge with sage, lavender and rosemary - with a crystal inside - what a beautiful ritual!
Which makes me grateful that ritual.nz is opening soon!! We are all so much looking forward to this occasion!

L.Incredible Yoga classes, I am only 16 but the yoga would suit most ages and capabilities. I went to India last year with Prema Heart Yoga , It was the yoga retreat of a lifetime.
