Needed to start exercising again after some back injuries and was keen on checking this place out as Nicole, the instructor is also a physio therapist. Did some 1:1s with her first (also seeing her for physio :)) as I'm not familiar with pilates or fitness classes in general.
I was certainly in good hands and learned a lot from Nicole. Truly recommend this place if you need some reeducation or some reassurance as it can be daunting exercising on your own with injuries.

So Fitness is such a welcoming space for everyone, whether you’ve done pilates before or not.
I’ve tried a few different reformer pilates studios but So Fitness is my go-to! I would especially recommend it for people that are new to pilates because there is a big focus on the breathing technique which is so important.
With such a cosy space (only 3 reformers) the instructors are always able to make sure you’re doing the exercises properly and can notice and help you fix even the tiniest misalignments in your posture. I love the supportive environment because I can try my best but also take breaks when I need to.
Each class is quite different but you can always count on a great workout~

I chose this place to try Reformer Pilates just because it is located close to my home and I was surprised! With only 3 people per session, I found it awkward first. However, that is the primary thing that every beginner needs!
Shoutout to them for the good quality of their classes. Nicole and Vivian are really attentive and patient. They make sure I do the poses with the right body alignment, which is important and 45-min feels short, which is a testament of how fun the classes are!

Always wanted to try out pilates and so glad I took the plunge and went to So Fitness! Studio is cosy and intimate with only 3 reformers, which means the classes are very interactive and customised. Have now been to classes taught by both Nicole and Vivian. Both are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive which is highly appreciated especially if you have any injuries or pain points. Excited to visit more regularly!

Mind blowingly good workouts on the pilates machines. Men and woman need this place. And the girls Vivian and Nichole are not only super knowledgable but super cute as well! One day I am sure they will grow and get a more spacious studio. They deserve it!
