L.I went to 2 back to back courses of pregnancy yoga with Barbara and still think of them quite often. It was the most relaxing and grounding hour of my week and you are really encouraged to let go and fully indulge in that time for yourself. The environment is warm and homely and the yoga is gentle, flowing and nurturing. It was excellent value for money and the best bump investment I made. Thank you Barbara :).
K.Svastha Yoga on Galatos is a beautiful, inviting studio in a convenient location. The teachers are all very welcoming and take the time to attend to each student's individual requirements and goals. The yoga at Svastha has more structure than other yoga classes I've been to and the focus is on breath, strength and a gaining a sense of peace :)
