T. J.Unity Studios is a very special place. It was my first experience with yoga and pilates and I am absolutely hooked. The studio is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed you immediately feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The teachers, music and gorgeous scents running through the space are heavenly.

Such a beautiful studio, welcoming and knowledgeable instructors and classes that are the right amount of toning, strengthening and that Pilates burn. So good!
