T.Unity Studios is a very special place. It was my first experience with yoga and pilates and I am absolutely hooked. The studio is so beautifully and thoughtfully designed you immediately feel at ease from the moment you walk in. The teachers, music and gorgeous scents running through the space are heavenly.
S.The Pilates classes at Unity Studios are hands down the best I have ever done! Such a beautiful studio, welcoming and knowledgeable instructors and classes that are the right amount of toning, strengthening and that Pilates burn. So good! It has fast become a regular booking in my calendar. I cannot recommend enough.

A.Hands down the best studio in town for yoga and pilates and all things physio related. The place is incredibly well done, warm and welcoming, and the staff and instructors are extremely professional and friendly. A very slick operation. Highly recommend trying this place out.
