As you enter Wholehearted Yoga you go downstairs into a wonderful calm, peaceful abode. The space has such a beautiful energy to it and I love how the classes are different from what you get at many other yoga studios around Auckland. There is a heart to this yoga studio and the owner, Araluen, is not just building a yoga studio here, but a community, and that's so wonderful. I teach twice a week at the studio and absolutely love it. I highly recommend giving Wholehearted a try if you're looking for somewhere to go where you leave feeling nourished and cared for.

You truly experience the warmth, peace, light & aroha of this beautiful space from the second you enter the studio. Overall, 'Wholehearted' represents & defines the community & sanctuary. Highly recommend the self-care & grounding experience to everyone....Especially love the Sunrise Yoga as a positive boost to my day😊

I LOVE this yoga studio. Super friendly, relaxed and very welcoming. They have a selection of yoga from totally relaxing in Restore to more active Yang classes. All the teachers are fantastic and I feel very nurtured and cared about. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Wholehearted Yoga Studio for a while now and I would not hesitate to recommend. It has a warm and welcoming feel to it, the Teachers are experienced and have a good knowledge of Yoga. Araluen is kind and caring and she welcomes everyone with open arms.

This studio is a little treasure right in the middle of Birkenhead. Easy to find with lots of parking available at the back. You will always be welcomed and will feel safe and at ease. The teachers are authenic and kind and there is a variety of different styles of classes...no pressure to conform just gentle encouragement to listen to your own body and mind and honor them in your own way. This studio is suitable for anybody and you are sure to leave feeling cared for, calm and empowered and part of the Wholehearted family 🙏

The space is beautiful and clear, with lovely harbour views which makes me feel instantly relaxed from the moment I enter. The teachers are caring, professional, attentive and always happy to adapt for anyone if needed. There is a wonderful sense of community, with many regular members who always make new comers feel welcomed and at ease.

Beautiful little studio with lots of great classes and friendly yoga teachers. Appropriate for all ages and yoga levels, in my opinion. Highly recommended - they do a $30 unlimited trial week and it's really worth it :)

I did my teacher training at Jayayoga and it was an amazing experience! I also love the classes - I feel fabulous after every single one! I highly recommend Jayayoga, especially for new yogis looking for a nurturing environment to try yoga.

I went to one of Araluen’s self compassion workshops. It was a lovely with yoga, delicious lunch and self reflection activities. I highly recommend it. Such a great way to look after yourself.
