m.Kundalini and other yoga styles, taught in Odette Rowe's cosy home studio. When an absolute beginner I felt so supported, then as my confidence grew I was gently challenged: Odette is great at managing everyone's level of experience and individual needs within her classes, making them warm and welcoming for all. And she's bloody hilarious
