I love my Bikram yoga with Kate. I have done many years of other kinds of yoga but Bikram with Kate is the best. Keeps my body supple and pain free. Lovely personal and small studio, Kate really cares for her yogi's.

I fell in love with the Bikram Yoga method thanks to Kate. I practice every week and can definitely feel the difference it makes in my ability to function! What keeps me coming back specifically to this studio is Kate herself; she is warm and welcoming and I love the small, intimate group class set-up which makes me feel more like a part of a community than the larger class environments of most other yoga studios where I just feel like a face in a crowd.

I love my classes with Kate and the Bikram Yoga Chch crew - Kate is a great teacher and a beautiful person who cares so much for all of her yogis. In our studio we are all on a first name basis and I love that we are able to get to know each other both on and off the mat. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced yogis alike :)
I have also just bought Kate's book which I read cover to cover as soon as I got it - if you are wanting to improve your technique or learn some new tips or cues for each posture, then go ahead and buy yourself a treat :)

Kate first introduced me to Bikram yoga and now I'm hooked! Our morning sessions always set me up for the day, I just love her holistic approach and the intimacy of the warm studio - it keeps me coming back! I've learned so much from Kate and really appreciate her supportive, caring nature.

I was likely enough to meet Kate many years ago, and with gentle encouragement I went to my first Yoga class with Kate in 2011 and have been going nearly every week since. She is an amazing teacher and I highly recommend her class. A few years ago over a coffee she started talking to me about nutrition and with her help and exercise I lost about 15 kg in 6 months, and have managed to keep it off for over 3 years now, she is my inspiration

Sweat Life with Kate has helped me so much on my journey. Kate has created a safe, supportive, and lovely and warm studio where we can practise bikram yoga surrounded by likeminded encouraging people. The great thing is, it doesn't matter where you are to start with, in terms of fitness, bikram is an individual journey and each week you get a little bit stronger and a little bit fitter. It is also a very meditative practice so is great for mind and body. Kate has recently published a beautiful 'Bikram Yoga Method' book with photos and instructions for all of the 26 bikram poses. This book is awesome as you can use it practise bikram yoga at home as well. I would be lost without my bikram yoga with Kate. Thank you so much Kate:)

Bikram is a safe haven for me to unwind and decompress from the rigours of 'high paced' work. Kate delivers an environment where you can slip into a peaceful meditative state an enjoy the fruits of your work.
I also purchased her book called 'Bikram Yoga Method' - its terrific!

I absolutely love Kate's studio, it is intimate space (with room for 7 students) and has a large bay window which fills the room with natural light. The classes are relaxed and inclusive. Kate also provides mats which is a bonus! Highly recommend :-)

Wonderful space for the 26:2/Bikram method. Kate is a beautiful person inside and out, and I always feel welcomed and supported when I practice at her studio.

I wish I had started the practice 21 years earlier! Thanks to Kate, I think am starting to regain my 21 years back, at least that’s what the body feels like after each class. The “7 Max” class size is also cool. I love the peoples in my routines.
