I have been going to Julie’s Holistic Yoga class for roughly a year now and love it.
This class is different to intense flow yoga, while many of the poses are the same it’s more about stretching and giving tired and sore muscles some love. Small classes mean Julie is able to cater to specific areas if you have any niggles (which I always do) and movements are gentle but very very effective.
The guided meditation at the end of the session sets me up for the weekend and I really notice if I miss a class.
Julie is a fantastic teacher, she’s passionate and makes sure everyone gets the most out of a session.
I highly recommend her classes.

I have been attending Julies classes for several years now and love them. Not having done Yoga before I was really impressed by how attentive, thoughtful and intuitive Julie is. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcome, looked after and nurtured. I particularly like that she will (on the spot) modify the Yoga positions to suit your needs, taking into account any injuries you may have, her knowledge is amazing.
Julies studio is inviting, warm and well set up, she provides all of the equipment you need and is always looking at new methods/practices to expand her knowledge and make the most of her space and skills. I highly recommend her classes.

Julie is an excellent teacher, mentor and role model. She has taken a complete novice in me and made me feel good about yoga and spending time on myself. Her small, friendly classes work great for me in her calming home studio. You always feel protected, and safe. She calmly leads you through the yoga class, offering advice on adjustments for a safe and beneficial session. I can't recommend highly enough. My yoga class is now a highlight in my week.

Julie is an amazing coach and I always feel wonderful after her yoga and flow yoga classes. She creates such a sense of deep calm and positivity in a totally supportive manner. My flexibility and balance have improved and I am better able to relax. I had never tried yoga nidra before and each class is a wonderful experience. I can't recommend Julie highly enough.

Julie’s yoga classes, workshops and yoga nidra sessions are fantastic and certainly do create harmony within for me. Julie is attentive to everyone’s individual needs which means her sessions are suitable for all ages, males/females, and mixed abilities. So whether you’ve done yoga before, or are new to yoga, Julie will make you feel comfortable in her classes. Julie, I love the knowledge I have gained from your Yoga classes. I was especially grateful for this recently whilst walking the Milford Track. Doing yoga nidra wasn't new to me but doing it with Julia was. She was amazing, her booking system is easy to use and follow up for the session was brilliant especially with our busy lifestyles. The room was gorgeously set up, fairly lights, little buddhas, plants, and plush blankets and yoga bolsters. I can HIGHLY recommend doing yoga nidra and any other session with Julia, AND she was set up to take virtual students as well for those that can't or dont' want to travel but still want to do a great session. I'll be back 100% with friends!
