This yoga studio is friendly and good. All of the instructors are good and compliment each other. Rhys is fantastic! Great introductory offer. I like this yoga studio.

This studio has a welcoming energy and you'll be treated as an individual, not just a number. Highly experienced, supportive and down to earth teachers. Rhys is generous with his time and his teachings weave in aspects of yoga beyond an asana practice. A good variety of classes are offered, suitable from beginners to advanced. Classes will challenge and extend you, but a strong focus on alignment and safety always remains. Recommend to anyone wanting to improve their wellbeing physically, mentally and spiritually.

Knowledgeable, friendly and peaceful teachers. I am able to always let go and relax under their guidance. Hubby, meanwhile, finds the classes really helpful for his niggly back.

Wonderful, warm spirited, welcoming yoga studio in the heart of Dunedin. I love the down to earth vibe and stoked that i finally get the chance to practice here :)
