Ara Studios, lead by Lashara and Kara, is an incredible place. When you become part of the Ara whānau you become part of a community of people who actively practise compassion, kindness and gratitude while developing self-acceptance and self-challenge on your mat. The technical skill, knowledge and passion of all the instructors is outstanding. Yoga with Ara Studios is a rewarding and life changing experience!

Was my first time to this studio and I was pretty impressed. The fact it's a studio in a quiet residential area makes it alot easier to focus. Nice big class space with yoga mat's, blocks, eye bags, straps and pillows provided. Very welcoming especially if you were a new student. Good time table and variety of teachers.

My girls encouraged me to experience the yoga classes at Ara studios. I care full time for an elderly parent so down time is minimal and I have found rest, strength and breath in these classes. I leave the hour class relaxed and rejuvenated. What a beautiful space and community you have created!

Absolutely love this yoga studio, the teachers and the community that they’ve built. From my first class which was kindly free as a trial, I’ve always felt so welcome. The teachers are so compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable and I always leave feeling like I’m floating on a cloud. Favourite yoga studio I’ve ever practiced at ☺️

Awesome experience for someone new to yoga. They are family ❤, they are dedicated❤, they love what they do & love showing you all there is to learn about yoga. Best yoga around, love this place! Caters for all, beginners upwards and hosts special events and workshops every so often. Very professional and tidy studio with high quality equipment. Great community vibe with a suitable time table. Always welcoming to new or old members!

The teachers are absolute gems. Lots of options for beginners to more experienced yogis. The studio itself is beautiful and the people are all very welcoming. Great community experice. I currently go once a week but still see improvement the longer I go.

Ara is a wonderful studio to practice yoga in. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They support yogis at every level. The Ara community is welcoming to all. It’s an important slice of calm and nurturing in my day.

Not just a yoga studio but a very supportive and welcoming community. I had a yoga studio like this years ago and it has taken me over 15 years to find this incredibly special place. Here it is not just great flow yoga but the connection it creates to ourselves and each other. I love the intentions set by the instructors and the involvement they have in everyone there who wants it.
