Sonia is a great pilates instructor! I love that she knows her stuff and helps me perform each move with the correct form. She is personable, knows my name, and makes every class fun.

Have been going to Pilates for approx 20 years. It has helped me in various ways, with hip, knee and back problems. Sonia always finds ways to help with new stretches etc.
Love the small classes and the discussions that unfold. Miss my class when I cannot come. I am very happy that the business has grown over the years and Sonia gets a smaller workload to deal with. Would recommend Pilates to everybody.

Sonya and team get to know you and your bodies strengths and weaknesses which means you are guided in making the best choices for you during the sessions. They treat you as individuals even in a full class they remember all your health problems and
Modify workouts to suit you. All instructors and friendly, trained and know there stuff. If you have health problems they can keep you moving.

Early morning sessions with Braidy definitely set me up for the day and contributed to achieving a higher level of fitness. If you are looking for a well equipped Pilates studio with knowledgeable friendly instructors then Progressive Pilates is for you!
