For a long time I loved this studio. However the last 3 times I went they had a different teacher teaching the class then was listed on the schedule. Quite annoying when you specifically try to go to the teachers you like then they are not there. Anna, Angela, Sam, Sally and Jemma are great! I have not enjoyed any of the other teachers though unfortunately. A bit more accuracy in the schedule would be lovely.

Great atmosphere - I am not flexible at all, but am enjoying the classes and now constantly looking for any slots that suit when i am available. Once in the class, it is a very inward and individual experience with no fear of comparison or judgement.

I absolutely loved the pregnancy yoga class, I would leave with my body completely relaxed and was able to have a proper nights sleep each Saturday. When I was too uncomfortable during the week I was able to recreate positions I had learnt. I was only able to do the first 2 classes as I was 38 weeks and 39 weeks, I was happy knowing that if I went overdue I had a yoga class to look forward to at the end of the week. I wish I had been able to do all 4 sessions as I found the first 2 so helpful with being uncomfortable at the end of pregnancy and also I was able to use the breathing techniques and positions in labour. Claire the instructor is absolutely amazing, Thank you so much!

Awesome. Super friendly, and things my arthritic joints actually allowed me to do (with many and obvious limitations which were happily tolerated by the instructor).
