I love so many things about coming to Mount Pilates. The classes are small (max 4 people), the instructors adapt exercises willingly based on how your body feels that day and they also teach you to trust your body and push a bit harder than you thought possible! I've gained strength and flexibility and love the way I feel after every class. I simply love it!

A boutique Pilates Studio with small classes and high quality reformers. The teachers are all trained and highly skilled, during sessions individual adjustments are the norm. I've been going for two years and it is the best health and fitness investment I've experienced, it's friendly and fun at the same time keeping my back and hip issues totally away.

Loving Mount Pilates, I have a long history of back issues and have never been able to do a generic pilates class, without side effects the next day. Mount pilates offers a wrap around service. After seeing an onsite osteopth I was able to get a program that targets the areas I need to focus on, while increasing to include a full body work out. The classes are small and intimate, and the instructors (Jess and Leyla are two that I have worked with) are exceptional. I would highly recommend Mount Pilates to anyone wanting to give this a go, and trust that you are in safe hands.

I go to Leyla’s weekly pregnancy Pilates class and highly recommend it! Leyla is such a good instructor, it’s a great workout and I feel so good afterwards for having been. I definitely feel it’s keeping me strong and flexible throughout my pregnancy.

I'd never enjoyed exercise all that much until I started Reformer Pilates. All the instructors here are amazing and happily cater to any of your needs or requirements. I struggle with a sore back and they help me out every time with alternative movements. I'm so glad I've now got an exercise that I can do which is fun, helps my back and keeps me active!

Great pilates classes for injury prevention and avoiding being on the osteo table! But if you do end up there, Leyla is a magician!
