I would definitely recommend the prenatal yoga classes with Sarah, she is a great instructor and person, and it really helped me during my pregnancy to keep me positive, calm and active. I had zero yoga experience before going to her classes, and I have learned so much with her, plus I always felt great after going to her classes. I am actually looking forward to go back go yoga, hope that Sarah can do a few classes for postpartum, it would be great!

I loved doing prenatal yoga with Sarah - it really helped to keep me moving in the late stages of pregnancy and to check in with how my body was feeling. She is such a warm and friendly person and she creates a great environment to relax. Would highly recommend for any mum to be.
