Been going to the Friday Night Class here for 7 odd years. I love the class its always challenging and very refreshing. Ram is an amazing teacher. A really authentic place to practice and the studio is in a beautiful quite spot.

Best Yoga place in New Plymouth. Guru at Sanctuary Hill Ram is amazing person. I started with my beginners course and then I have taken numerous classes from Ram in Hatha yoga (traditional), and all of his classes are not only a great path to physical wellness but also a centering and calming of the mind. No matter the class I attend I leave with a peaceful sense of well-being--a yoga buzz. Ram also offers a variety of poses so you can go week after week and find new and interesting informations and challenges.

Being fairly new to yoga and definitely not fitting the yoga mould (they touch their toes i can barely see my toes) they have created an environment that is welcoming and supportive for all levels. Thanks Emma, Bhavani and Ram. Highly recommend for anyone
