I have been doing yoga for a few years and I am amazed at Zara's ability to always kept the the classes new and challenging for every level. I have been coming to the yoga project since the day it opened and Zara has never repeated a class. She is amazing. I always learn something new. It just goes to show how much she loves yoga and how much preparation she does for her classes. I cant recommend the classes at the yoga project enough. Zara some how manages to give you exactly what you need every time. I always leave feeling fully stretched and very blissful.

I loved my experience at the Yoga Project. Zara and her team are amazing, you will be sweaty but refreshed. I took my mom with me, and our class was a perfect balance for beginners to intermediate students looking for a challenge. This was the absolute best way to start our day and you won't be disappointed! Thank you Zara!

I absolutely love The Yoga Project! They have a variety of great classes, including my favorites, Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation (which is free). The Wellness Project is my favourite place to be, second to home. As soon as you walk up the stairs you are always greeted with Zara's gorgeous warm smile and at once you feel at ease. There is a class for all abilities and workshops every few months which are both fun and fascinating. With our busy lives these days Yoga is as important as our breath. You will learn so much about your body and mind and meet some great like minded yogi's. Give it a go if you haven't already, Im sure you will be hooked :)

Not only is the yoga always an interesting flow, with meaningful purpose and one on one guidance; but Zara’s energy and the amazing space completely drew me in. The space at the Wellness Project is so tranquil and inviting. Zara and the team ensure that you feel at ease and relaxed as soon as you walk in. Mats are already laid out, and all you need to do is arrive. The practise is carefully guided and ensures that everyone can challenge themselves regardless of levels. There are always options. The practise is always different and feels like a whole body workout every time. I can’t rate the experience highly enough. And the tea at the end is an absolute bonus 😊

Highly recommend taking the yoga classes here. I started with the newbies series which I found brilliant for starting out. The instructors really makes the classes feel welcoming and inclusive, no matter what you're level you are. The classes can be pretty challenging but I always leave feeling great.

Very inspiring place ; I like the fact that sessions are different each week and groups are kept small . Zara is passionate and always smiling . I would recommend it to anybody even if you have not done Yoga before , give it a try . It is easy to book , user friendly and links with Mindsbody app is most helpful .
