A.Practising with Paula was always the highlight of my week. From the very first class I went to, I could sense that her teaching was special. There was something quite magical about her flows; hers was a class I would truly get lost in the breath and movement, concentrating only on the pose I was in and the breath I was taking.
I joined her both for Vinyasa Flow and for Yin with Yoga Nidra - the latter of which was absolutely transformative for calming my anxiety and helping with stuttered sleep patterns.
I’m absolutely gutted she’s on the other side of the world now but also pleased that others will get to share her magic.
Definitely worth trying just one class - you won’t regret it.
