I always find Sarah to be a very calm and humble teacher with a kind and sympathetic energy. I love how she builds up momentum in the classes. As a more advanced yogi, I love the challenges as much as I love the preparation of poses to get there. And unlike most teachers, she has very calm and soothing background music which definitely brings to the atmosphere. I always feel recharged and calm after Sarah's classes.

Sarah teaches a vinyasa style of yoga - classes are organised around flow sequences that progress to working into different areas of the body. E.g. after warming up, one class might focus on hip openers, another on shoulder strengthening, etc.
I've found Sarah an excellent teacher - she is very clear at communicating how to move; she's responsive to the needs of students in the class; and is very good at offering just the right level of adjustment if needed.
I'm a relative beginner to yoga but have noticed there are always options during class to either be challenged more or to take things a bit easier if necessary.
And Sarah has always been open to questions on how to improve a particular pose or to work on something specific - she's very generous with her time!

Sarah's class is relaxing yet toning. After just a few sessions this year I have noticed the difference a one hour per week class makes. Sarah offers the perfect mix of energy and activity whether you're a beginner or have been taking yoga classes for years.

Sarah is a fantastic teacher. Her classes are varied and she explains everything as you move, so it all feels natural - even if you're a complete beginner. I love the focus on technique and can feel myself improving with each class.

I felt anxious about returning to yoga after a hip replacement a year ago. Sarah is a fantastic teacher and really takes the time to find out your individual requirements. The benefits have been amazing. My balance, strength and energy have all improved, with the added bonus that I'm sleeping so much better. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, but also lots of fun, I feel very lucky to have found Sarah.

Sarah is an excellent teacher. She really knows her stuff, offering lots of useful tips. Her gentle but rigorous class at The Old Fire Station Community Centre in Stoke Newington is a great class, and at £5 for the hour, amazing value.
