S.Daisy supports you in connecting with your particular today’s body! I have been doing yoga with various teachers of some of London’s best yoga studios and was so happy to have found Daisy’s class while traveling in New Zealand. She has such a sensitive approach to the individual energy and rhythm of her students and is spreading so much humble positivity, as you can feel her love and devotion to yoga on a larger scale. Her vinyasa flow classes are both soothing and challenging with a great paste to engage in the movements and postures.
