L. J.I have done yoga before but never really enjoyed it because I didn't know what I was doing. At enSoul I attended the Beginners' Course, an 8 week programme that takes participants slowly through how to do the basic poses/Vinyasa flow. This not only gave me confidence but enabled me to manage my own practice which I find is key to enjoying yoga. There's no need to look at others to work out what I should be doing - I just tune into the voice of the instructor. Now, over two years later, yoga at enSoul is an important part of my life providing not only strength and conditioning exercise, but a time for me to really be in the moment and to 're-set' myself. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in yoga to attend the En Soul Beginners' Course - the instructors are so kind and welcoming and there's no need to feel that you need to be the 'right' sort of person to do yoga.

R. B.I started going to #ensoul over a month ago having not a lot of experience in yoga. The studio has been great, especially in accommodating me having broken my foot recently. The yin, restorative yoga, and the regular beginners classes really make yoga accessible for everyone.

I have been for many a massage with Shannon as regularly as I can, and they are just amazing. I haven not found another massage therapist that measures up to Shannon. I would highly recommend Ensoul Yoga or massage.
L.My first connection to enSoul was for massages a few years ago. These were excellent and I wouldn't look anywhere else for a massage. Recently I started the Pilates beginners class instructed by Tamihana who gives good instruction, encouraging and yet allowing you to work at your own level. Last week I stayed on for the Yin Yoga class. Amazing! At the end of the class I thought WOW!! Both Tamihana and Shannon are super hosts, providing a welcoming, relaxing studio for classes and massages.

A. N.The classes are great, a good variety and timetable with beginners classes and added special events every so often. The instructors are great, so welcoming, supportive and fun, there's always an opportunity for a few laughs along with a great workout. And I have made some good new yogie friends 🧘♀️
T. G.I love the Ensoul vibe- the teachers have their own individual styles and are all give great guidance. The full timetable and number of classes to choose from works really well for me - to enable flexibility to still get to plenty of classes around the rest of life's busyness. The studio is always clean and is a calm and nurturing space.
