Pacific Yogaflow has become an essential part of my well being. The flow classes are my time to reset and find balance. I enjoy challenging myself into new positions as my flexibility and strength develop. I leave each session feeling strong and centered in my body and mind. The studio is light and spacious. At night the candle light, music and essential oils create a peaceful ambience to escape the stress and busyness of the world. Deidre-Lee's warmth and humour create a welcoming and emotionally safe environment in which to try new postures. Her background knowledge in fitness training provides a focus on technique, which has really helped me to develop my practice in a physically safe way. She gives clear directions with lots of variations so that everyone is catered for.

I have been going to Pacific Yogaflow for around 10 or 11 years now and I love it. I enjoy not only her teaching but also the ambience of the space and the music she plays. I always have the most amazing sleep the night after I've been to her class and I've always felt her classes to be healing to my body and mind when I'm unwell, feeling stressed or even injured. I really enjoy both the bliss classes for a good stretch as well as the more challenging classes with a bit more flow and work on the core. It's a beautiful calm space to be and Deidre-Lee is a brilliant teacher. Always look forward to my next class.

Highly recommend De has a very unique, warm, friendly style which makes for a very calming yoga experience. You will feel more energized with a better mind and body.

It has been18 months since I started yoga at Pacific Yoga Flow. Having had back issues most of my life, 2 spinal fusions, I can honestly say I have never felt stronger. I never imagined that I could hold poses that I can do now and have the flexibility which I thought only ballerinas and gymnasts could achieve. Learning yoga has been made easy with the guidance of Deidre-Lee. It is not a quick fix, it comes through being constant and patient, then with time, you reflect and see how far you have come and notice the changes that you feel about life as a whole. :)

After some back issues a few years ago, my osteopath suggested if I did yoga regularly I wouldn’t need to see her any more. She was right. Love my yoga with Deidre-Lee. Always leave feeling stronger , more supple and wonderfully calm and relaxed after each class. I like the varying routines and beautiful calm classes.

I come several times a week to PacificBliss with Deidre-Lee, I suffer from anxiety so arrive a bit stressed but guaranteed to leave totally reset and ready for the day. I love the calm peaceful feeling of the room. It is always lovely and warm, with the beautiful inviting smell of defusing oils. I look so forward to these sessions, and make sure they are a priority to my weeks planning. Don't know how I managed before them!!!!

The soothing physical environment is matched by the wonderful flow of the yoga session itself. Strength and flexibility is achieved along with a sense of wellbeing by the time the session has finished.

I cannot recommend Deidre-Lee Allen and her yoga studio enough! Deidre-Lee’s knowledge not just of yoga and mindfulness, but also coming from a very successful Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor gives her an awareness of not just the group doing the yoga, but also the individual and where they are at. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed 🤗

I have attended Deidre-Lee's yoga classes for over 10 years, and they have become an essential part of my weekly routine. Pacific Yogaflow combines yoga, meditative practice and strength-building, with a particular Aotearoa flavour. Deidre-Lee's attitude to life is inspiring and calming, all at the same time.

As a dancer I have enjoyed taking online classes at home to get in some much needed recovery and to work on my alignment, strength and maintaining flexibility. As I have been working through rehab of a lower back injury this has really helped me with my progress to recovery before the studio reopens. Thanks so much Deidre-Lee.

lovely sun filled studio, great teachers and flows, especially love the sunday afternoon bliss - a great way to finish the week calmly. Deidre-Lee's classes cater to all abilities but challenge all students, and she is able to adapt poses for injuries
