Lysandra is amazing! She listens to what you need and gives you the perfect workout to help you. I really have found a very special instructor who is very in touch with the body and what it needs! How will I find someone this special when I move south to Wellington. She is not about making money she truly is doing this for the love and passion she has for it! Her studio is a tranquil peaceful timeout from the stresses of life.
