I might be a little biased but Fierce Grace truely is yoga for everybody. The lovingly thoughtful classes, poses and options mean that regardless of flexibility, body shape or fitness level the classes will help you get stronger, be challenged and add flexibility. You will definitely feel better calmer and healthier for going ! So just go and try it you will be glad you did - I definitely was. I loved it soo much I decided to do the Teacher Training !!

Amazing experience! Talented teachers and friendly staff. New studio so all the equipment is great. Nice space with large windows to look outside at the mountains. The teacher provided excellent descriptions and progression options for all positions. Highly recommend 😁😁
