Could not recommend this place more! The classes, the instructors & that post workout feels is everything I’m looking for! Have really really enjoyed giving reformer Pilates ago & can’t believe the difference in resistance training rather than HIIT training on my body, absolutely loving my prenatal classes at the moment!

This is the longest time I haven’t had a sore back! Every mother should try this kind of exercise. My core was too weak to even try to get it strong but the machine made it possible to start where I was at

Absolutely love it here, the staff are incredible and so helpful with making sure you have the right form and supporting any injuries.

Friendly, welcoming instructors, who are very helpful and encouraging. Be aware that their systems are pretty inflexible. If you're someone like me, who is only available in the evenings, be careful of their introductory offer! You have to do 7 sessions (including the intro) within two weeks (actually 12 days when they're actually open). If you're only available in the evenings, you'll have to fit all seven sessions in only eight possible evenings. To make it even more difficult, you can't book the actual sessions until you've done the introductory one. I couldn't even book the remaining six sessions because sessions were full, but when I queried that, I was told 'well it is very cheap'. Only got 3 out of the 6 sessions in the end. I landed up feeling rather resentful about being pressured to fit all the sessions in a very short space of time, rather than being able to settle into an achievable (for me) routine of 2 sessions/week, so I didn't land up going back. Would be great for many people, though.
