I had an amazing yoga session. Online classes can be always more challenging than on person, in my opinion. But the teacher gave clear and interesting advices during the all class. Was a very well structure session. Thank you.

I don't get the negative reviews--this is a lovely place :) with great teachers and it's in a nice space.

Beautiful studio, nice staff, great equipment and professional talented Yoga teachers. I went to Yin Yoga twice with different teachers and enjoyed both sessions a lot. I felt in safe hands surrounded by open minded people. I will definitely go again. Using USC by the way.

Der Ashtanga mit Tania Kurs am Sonntag ist, obwohl er Anfänger willkommen heißt, nur bedingt für Anfänger geeignet: Die Namen der Yoga Posen werden nicht übersetzt, wenn man diese nicht kennt, ist’s manchmal schwierig. Sie fragte nicht nach körperlichen Einschränkungen/Krankheit vorab, wie ich es sonst oft erlebt habe, damit die Lehrer dann alternative Übungen empfehlen konnten. Was wirklich ekelhaft war, war meine Yoga Matte, die war richtig schmutzig und hat so krass gestunken, wie alte seit Jahren nicht gewaschene Sportschuhe. So stark, dass selbst meine Kleidung anschließend den Geruch hatte. Das muss ja wirklich nicht sein. Ich empfehle die eigene Matte mit zu bringen.
