C.I came to the 2018 New Year retreat. The program, the tools, the place, the food, the people ...and the cat, Bakti are so so spiritually alighned and Balanced. The place will uplift anyone in the universe ! ANAHATA literally opens up all doors and Nadis of my heart.
G.I joined Anahata for 30 days as part of their Explore Your Self Hatha yoga retreat. I only have positive feedback to share.
+ the location is spectacular, at the top of a crystal mountain overlooking Golden Bay. Eating breakfast while watching the sun rise from the deck was a highlight of every day
+ the food is delicious and prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. Anahata practices permaculture and maintains a large garden on-site with several greenhouses
+ Swami Karma Karuna is a wise and experienced spiritual teacher, and can support you if you are interested in learning yoga and meditation, adopting a more balanced lifestyle or moving beyond past challenges
+ Yoga classes and kirtan open to the public every Wednesday and Saturday. Includes dinner.
Anahata gave me the opportunity to go deeper in the study of yoga and meditation while also exploring new areas like permaculture and mantra. It was a really wonderful experience and I can't recommend a visit more highly.
T.I had a great experience and made some lovely connections in a 5 day workshop over the new year. The place exudes tranquility, my mind has never been so silent, which was a welcome oasis. Beautiful setting immersed in nature, a conscious sustainable agenda, wonderful vegetarian (mostly vegan) food and a bunch of generous characters, I highly recommend spending time here, I am already planning a longer re-visit.
N.What an incredible new year's retreat. I feel truly blessed to have had this experience. The facilitators were outstanding, food was amazimg and so nourishing and the place was magical. Will be back for the next new year if not sooner!
