M. D. P.I have found my happy place at 3118 Yoga. They offer a wonderful variety of classes. The instructors are so welcoming and personable. The yoga classes are suited to everyone from total beginners to seasoned yogis. An awesome studio I would confidently recommend to anyone!

She has such a calming manner and this shows through in her yoga classes.
I've had the pleasure of attending a range of her classes. Each one moved my body in different ways, some more so than others. After attending her Yin and Yang yoga session, my body felt amazing. The movements were gentle yet invigorating.
The Energize class gave my body a bit more of a workout, which it needed.
During one class when we settled into a meditative state at the end, my body fell into a place of utter peace and calm. Katia's gentle guiding voice helped so much with this.
I thoroughly enjoyed Katia's classes and highly recommend attending. Your mind, body, and soul with thank you for it.
