T.The Loft is an amazing, encompassing studio that is personal, curated and proffesional. It took me from post-birth trauma and damaged self esteem to self-growth and acceptance. Stephen is a brilliant teacher, the reformer technique is tailored to each client. 2 years now and loving it!
