I attended the 8 week Introduction to Meditation course and can't rate it highly enough. Suze is an excellent teacher- she has a incredible knowledge of meditation which she teaches in a very clear and understandable manner. The meditation technique seems very simple but it has a profound effect on so many aspects of life- I whole-heartedly believe that everyone would benefit from using this technique. Highly recommended. :)

There isn't a person on the planet who wouldn't benefit from this simple yet powerful style of meditation Suze teaches in Yoga Ground's 8 week Introduction to Meditation Course. I came to the course (which fosters focus and awareness) with the hope of training my mind to eliminate (or at least reduce) its non-stop incessant chatter, to enable me to become more present and calm in my everyday life, no matter the situation. I'd dabbled in guided, relaxing forms of meditation for several years which have their place and I definitely found beneficial but Suze's course has provided me with a technique I can use everyday which has accumulative benefit that has far exceeded my expectations. I've followed Suze's instruction daily since starting the course in May this year, and although this practice is still so new to me, the benefits to my daily life have been astounding. Thanks Suze for a fabulous experience and for sharing so much wisdom that can only come from many years of practice. Loved your structured, down to earth, practical style of teaching too.

Lovely studio with awesome teachers that weave mindful meditation with yoga asana which I enjoy. The studio is tucked away in a quiet part of Wanaka so there's nearby parking which is handy. Totally recommend this place.

Beautiful, cozy, and calm space. Excellent teacher with a unique style. Flow yet concentrated on alignment and proper technique with great breathing practices. Fully recommend this spot!
