J.I have had massages all around the globe and I have to say Pascaline has been the BEST out of all of them! She is extremely talented and fantastic at what she does! I usually see her once a month. Thank you for always looking after me and listening to what my body needs - you are an absolute gem!
M.I stayed next door on a trip and was very glad I went in to Tory Spa early in the trip. I was interested in the lymphatic drainage. I read that Elle Macpherson attributes her firm figure to this treatment. The price per treatment was great, so I booked in with Pascaline for as many treatments as I could during my 10 day Wellington stay. Pascaline is lovely, I will definitely recommend the Tory Spa it is really nice, clean, safe and holistic. Good vibes.
P.Fantastic experience, staff warm and friendly. I had my first float experience. Worth a try enjoyed the lovely surroundings the relaxation lounge and the tank itself. Do yourself a favour and pop in.

T.Wellington isn’t known for its tropical weather (although there was that one summer of 2015), so you have to find other ways to warm yourself, and Tory Urban Retreat is my escape. This Finnish sauna feels like walking into an oasis, with its lush greenery, blue plunge pool and Roman frieze on the wall. I go to the women's’-only night on Tuesday and it’s just the most wonderful vibe. When we live in such a connected world, this is the perfect place to log out and literally leave it all behind for a while.

M.Wonderful relaxation massage by Pascaline! I was in Wellington for a business trip and the spa was a wonderful detour before my meetings the next day. Really helped with my sore shoulders and completely took away my headache. Highly recommend!
A.The best place in New Zealand to Sauna. The staff there are so lovely, friendly, and remember your name. The sauna facilities themselves are excellent. The sauna is really hot and has plenty of eucalyptus scented water to pour on the hot rocks that they top up frequently and whole area is super relaxing. Honestly can't rave enough about this place!

V.The floating pod is really an incredible and different experience. I wish I was a better mediator to enjoy the silence and my senses. Was treated well, they offer a bit of food and drink between appointments - fresh and delicious! One of the best massages I've had in a long time. Oliga is a master, warm and fast paced deep tissue massage that fits me really well. I highly recommend!
C.I was lucky enough to receive a massage from Miki last Friday and I just wanted to say how wonderful I felt after the massage and in the days that followed. It was a relaxation massage with a little trigger point/deep tissue at times and the contrasting style made it so relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so welcome.

T.Very good deep tissue massage. Best I've experienced in Wellington by far and I've tried a number spas and massage focused locations.
S.Their sauna is okay.
If you want a float pod they will talk to you over the phone about dyed hair, then in person will test your hair with shampoo and a baby wipe.
After I passed that test that they said no because the colour it was last dyed a couple of months ago was blue.
Why inconvenience me with testing if it doesn't matter?
They already knew I had dyed hair because we spoke about it on the phone.

S.Urban Retreat is a slice of heaven run by angels. I had a sauna, an amazing massage with Miki and an wonderful oxygen therapy managed by Chantel. Everyone there was so lovely which is part of the gorgeous atmosphere. Afterwards I felt absolutely high.
