My favourite studio in Wellington - I do hot pilates & bikram classes here and love the instructors and the atmosphere. So homely and everyone is super friendly! Try with a started pack and I am sure you will be sold too.

I joined the 10 days pass for newbies. This is absolutely awesome! Because with a very reasonable price you get the chance to meet several yoga teachers and experience the different classes offered along the week. You also have the chance to meet participants and to be part of the nice group atmosphere of Yoga for the People. In each class, there is a good balance of challenge and self care, so you gradually improve without injuries. All in all a great place to practice yoga regularly.

Virtual Yin works really well for me right now. To be able to practice in the evening, at home, is very beneficial.

I love this studio. They offer real Bikram yoga classes and unlike other studios in Wellington the studio is really hot. The teachers are really friendly and they usually give advice on how to fix your posture and encourage you to come. Don’t wAste your time with other studios . Yoga for the people is the real deal.

Just completed the 10 day starter pass. It was a great way to experience all the classes and find one that works for you. All the teachers are loverly and the room is nice and hot. Fantastic facilities.
